Main Goal Of Government Behind Subsidy

    Today I would like to write something about a decision taken by the Indian government which is for the welfare of the people and the country.

The main objective of which was to bring the LPG cylinder to every house in the country and to eliminate black marketing and balance the traders.

    It is a matter of thinking that how a scheme is implemented in a democratic country and opposed by people who do not have the ability to understand the comprehension but those opposing will oppose it.

    I am going to present you an article in front of people who will be able to understand what I want to say through this article.

       Black marking generated due to unfulfilled demand in market.This happen when the government attempts to    distribute the goods through fair price shops. Black marketing fails the original objective of the highest price.     The highest price is set to ensure the availability of the item (especially for the poorer sections of the society at   reasonable price. But black marketing reduces the actual availability of the object for these sections of  society.It   combines he problem of economic division.

   In order to eliminate this problem, the government has developed a system of direct benefit transfer, which in short is called DBT. DBT is an alternative mode of transfer of benefits. 

    According to this system, instead of transferring benefits to the poor person by some intermediaries (like LPG companies ), the government is directly transferring cash benefits to the beneficiaries' bank accounts. 

    It checks the leakage of the transfers and helps the beneficiaries without any loss.

    Adding bank account with "Adhar" (special identification number) has become to the safest system for transfer of benefits to the poor people of DBT.

Conclusion :-

Government increased the price of LPG cylinders and brought provision to provide financial assistance (subsidy) to them, due to which the black marketing has become almost zero now and the LPG cylinder has started reaching the house. Because of which people don't have to have a long line at 4:00 a.m.

But the people of the village are opposing it, they are not able to understand that it is for their benefits. This will develop them, they will rise.

Due to not having the right analysis, they adopt a misconception against the government and oppose that government.

Now the government has adopted such a policy, due to which the person who is weak from the economic condition will get the same subsidy and he will not be able to afford it.
